Plum Orange Jam

Halve plums and remove pits. Put in a saucepan with a small amount of water and steam until soft. Put orange in another saucepan and cover with water. Boil for 20 minutes until soft. Put plums and orange through tomato milling machine. Measure pulp and put into large saucepan with equal amount of sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes or until jam sheets from spoon. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Yield: about 4 pints
