Cantaloupe-Peach Marmalade
|
Halve and pit peaches. Put into kettle with cantaloupe, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook until soft. Put mixture through tomato milling machine. Return to kettle and cook until thick and clear. Pour into sterilized glasses and seal. Yield: about 4 cups
