Sherry-Grapefruit Marmalade
|
Boil grapefruit, oranges, and lemon in enough water to cover fruit for 20 minutes. Put all fruit through tomato milling machine. Discard skins and rind and measure pulp and juice. For each cup, add 1/2 cup sugar. Boil until mixture "sheets" from spoon. Stir in sherry and pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
