Spicy Apple Graham Dessert
Preheat oven to 375. Crush crackers coarsely and add nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter and mix together. Spread 1 cup of this mixture over bottom of shallow baking dish. Cover with applesauce. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with ice cream.
Ingredients
10 graham crackers
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/4 C. melted butter or margarine
2 C. sweetened applesauce
