Inc., guarantees satisfaction. We will refund the purchase price of any
in-stock item that the buyer is not satisfied with. Returns are accepted
within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note returned items are
subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges deducted
(an adjustment for actual shipping charges from a promotional, discounted,
or free shipping offer will be applied to the original purchase). We must
receive the item in the same condition that Web Direct Brands or its
suppliers shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Items not received
in same condition will have additional restock fees deducted to recover
the cost of returning the item to resellable condition or discounted sale.
Custom made items, special ordered items, food service items that have been
used, or electrical parts may not be returned.
Any item missing from the order must be reported to the company within 10 days of
receipt.
In order to return any item, please fill out the form below or call us. You will
receive a return confirmation number and instructions. Failure to follow the return
instructions will result in additional re-stocking fees.
Shipping Damage
Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers refund
