Weston Fruit and Apple Crusher Operation

1. Cut tomatoes, apples or other fruit into quarters.

2. Place fruit in the top of the crusher.

3. Place a container below the apple chute to catch the crushed fruit.

4. Slowly turn the handle clockwise and watch the crushed fruit fall into the container.

5. By turning the handle back and forth you can dislodge fruit that may have become stuck.

6. Use the wood fruit scraper to scrape out the crushed apples from the chute.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Weston Fruit and Apple Crusher

To clean the Crusher, place under strong stream of water and slowly turn crushing drum, removing fruit pieces.
For outdoor cleaning, a garden hose may be used.
